  Where did this woman go to school? Did she take courses in human development, human sexuality, developmental psychology? It's not that older men will deceive young women with money; it's that humans are sexual being and any normal human being experiences the 'sex urge' beginning in the teenage years. Ask that ignorant politician, and she's going to tell you that she had a boyfriend when she was in secondary school.
  
  Then there is this implicit assumption that every woman will get married some day.... These people talk like they live in the 17th century!

The difference is human sexuality must be consummated with some order and decency. And certainly concentrating on secondary education without sexual distractions is wise. Don't you think so?
