Energy is a Scientific subject and I would like to look at the Technical Perspective.We have 3 main sources of power generation in Ghana,the Hydroelectric,Termal plants and Power Generators.The Akosombo Dam uses water to operate and the Aboadze Termal Plant could use both Oil and Gas.Generators also use oil making the Electricity providers relaying heavily on crude oil and gas.The question here is that,why can't we complet the Gas Processing Plant in the Western Region and the Bui Dam in the Brong Ahafo Region to solve this problem?Why have both Chinese power construction companies failed to meet the dead line?I suspect some mafia movement behind this energy crisis.We produce oil here but we have to go to the International Market to buy crude oil at a very high price.Why?I think it's about time we look at the Human Resources in the Energy sector carefully,something is not right.Thank you.

Some houses get free power supply. ECG should have truthful/honest and dedicated workers else they are fighting a loosing battle, if these nation wreckers are still at post. It should start from the top to the last guy There is a syndicate in all the utility companies eg;ECG/Water that indulges in such evil act.
