Useless ECOWAS. Let your country men stay in your various countries to build West Africa. By sending your surplus population to Ghana, more especially Nigeria, won't help the development of West African sub-region economically.

I need six hours from Accra to Kumasi, so what the hell, if: "In terms of delays, the Tema-Ouagadougou corridor maintained the tag of long delays with more than eight hours per trip."?

I am not sure which countries the study covered, but after spending four days travelling from Freetown (Sierra Leone) to Tamale, (Ghana), my experience was the worst part of the route with so many stops and so much request for bribes. to be fair, i found the Malians to be the best both in entry and leaving the country. i am not surprised that Ghana scored well, it is i think because of their more discrete request for bribe like (My Christmas present, the weather is hot...i need coke etc.

At one point (and I believe they still do it), Immigration at Aflao was charging (rather extorting)10cedis or equivalent for "registration of new passports", customs will hold your bottle of wine (even if half-full) until you pay them 2 cedis. The only reason bribery appears to have fallen is because of reduced traffic at the border.
