Even if Ghana government is to contribute $1 million that must go through Parliament for approval since rlg is a foreign company. The government must be transparent and tell the Ghanaian tax payer how much the state will contribute towards the project and under what terms?

There should be no problem asking the Government to explain further any business deals with another entity- I don't think president Mahama will have a problem with that either, but the annoying thing is why the Danquah Busia Inst decide NOW to question every single move the NDC government makes, especially President Mahama, when these same people were MUUUUTE when The NPP and Kuffuor were SWEEPING AND SIPHONING GHANA of tons and tons of money like there was no tomorrow!!. Why was the DB institution quiet about the EO Group and the Ghana oil deal? WHY???? Was that not the same Ghana the EO group and Kuffuor were milking, or that was a different Ghana?

How many Ghanaians will opt for RLG eletronic product as the first option when considering laptop, mobile phone and tablets? Who negotiated the deal, and was it approved by parliament? When was the deal negotiated? Remember the states money and resources are not for personal use. Even if they are offered tax incentives, will that affect the price of the apartments to be sold to people? Nobody begrudge any person for doing what he does. So my friend if you have nothing sensible to say, just hide and eat your akple.

All major government procurements are made to go through tenders but non of the products procured by the Government from rLG go through the usual Public Procurement processes. The sad thing is that the Laptop apart from being used for campaigning, are hopeless and already breaking down.

The Gov't owes, is it VRA, US$500 million which it hasn't paid so why pump that billions of dollars into a new project when old ones have not been solved. Without solving these water and electricity problems, this new project would be built and will have no water and electricity running like many areas in Ghana today. A typical example is the street lights on the GW Bush highway which were erected to provide lights on the highway, and what do we see when driving on this highway? Asking for clarification on this project is a genuine demand by the Danquah Institute. The funds from the Gov't for this project isn't NPP's, PPP's CPP's or the NDC's. It's our money and we will all be taxed to pay for it and that is why we need to know.

The fact that this is going to be in Ghana doesn't mean questions shouldn't be asked about the government's role, financial commitment, etc, etc. in fact, we shouldn't have to ask before they tell us. This information should've been made available when the government announced its participation in the project. When the right questions are asked, people start to insult only because the government they voted for is being questioned. We have to grow beyond that. Let's not simply buy everything the press release tells us (that's simply marketing), we need to dig into the details. You watch the government stumble all over the questions that have been asked. If due diligence has been done, they should be able to answer these questions by 9am tomorrow.

The recent failures in the Ghana economy are due to the fact that the present directors of the Ghana economy are not estute economists with prior entrepreneurial experience. What Ghana needs now is a leader who is a genius, a man who has an entrepreneurial background and a team with exampleary economomic knowlege. What is needed is leadership by the Akufo-Addo administrative team and the NPP Parliamentary team. Ghana's true democratic hope rests with the Nana Akufo-Addo et al's Supreme Court action; justice, democracy and the future well-being of the Ghana economy will be in the hands of the Supreme Court Judiciary Panel. This hope is an ambitious hope, one that is not thought of, by most of the world, as a hope normally lodged in African justice. It is the genius of Nana-Addo Akufo-Addo that has led Ghana to this ambitious aspiration. This kind of justice determined aspiration is one that the world might expect to find in the British judicial system, or the judicial system of the USA. But Ghana has a Servant-Leader who has studied for this leadership all of his life. He has studied as a follower, a disciple and a successor to Edward Akufo-Addo, Kwame Nkrumah and Jesus Christ. Follow this leader and Nana will lead you to jobs, enterprise and to the door of a First World economy.

1. What does rlg stand for and who are the owners? Do they have good reputation?
2. How much of the $10billion is rlg's money?
3. How much is Ghanaian taxpayers' money?
4. Have we adequately carried out the necessary environmental impact assessment for this Hope City Project to build the tallest building in Africa?
5. How are we going to meet the water and electrical power needs of the Hope City Project 6. Do we have contingency plans to maintain the building and provide safety, or that would be the responsibility of rlg's?

So what should we expect? Disaster galore!

The NDC have failed Ghanaians and themselves but cannot turn around to appologise, or correct their wrongs. It's "ebegu a, engu" kind of thinking. Things continue to fall apart for all Ghanaians under this bogus and visionless NDC govt. What a bunch of shameless people, esp. the group of 80 who sneaked under the cover of darkness to file a petition at the Supreme Court to by-pass EC's own laid-down regulations that nobody can vote without verification.

Yes! They want to bring chaos into the country, should the Supreme Court turn down their petition. They want Ghanaians to accept the fact that even if some of those who couldn't prove their biometric eligibilty to vote---even if they were foreigners who sneaked in to vote---should be allowed to stand.
