After votes were counted, we all agreed it was free, fair and transparent, including the super dark-skinned gorilla-looking NPP Agent.

Some observers assumed that with the transparency of the elections and the general opinion of informed local and international observers,the three petitioners should not have gone on with their petition.The desire of the three to go court is believed is meant to cause maximum discomfort to the ndc and the president.But if in the process some citizens have reason to believe that attempts are being made to disenfranchise them then they every right to invoke their constitutional rights.The reasons why the three are in court is the same reason that is driving these joinders to ensure the protection of their vote.As to whether it fair to do so will be decided by the SC.

The saying that what is good for the goose is good for the gander applies here.If the three petitioners claim is that instituting the petition will not only be in the interest of the nation, but it will enhance its democratic credentials, then the present petitioners have equal claim to that right as well.AS for locus it is a small mount to surmount since the original petitioners intend to disenfranchise them by annulling their votes and therefore have every right to ensure that their votes are protected.It will be interesting how the SC rules on this!It will be an indicative of what will follow.

The NPP request for the annulling 4 million votes amounts to ethnic cleansing which must be fought with all the force at the disposal of those affected. How can you plead with the supreme court to slash away million votes from your opponents strong holds so that only those from your strong holds should stand? It means NPP are creating a new and 'purified' Ashanti/Akim state with capital either Kyebi or Kumasi, to the exclusion of all other tribes, and if these tribes want they can apply to Gabby Otchere Darko to be admitted. That is exactly what they are asking for, a 21st century "ethnic cleansing" or "matemeho" agenda cast in the form of an election petition. A zebra cannot washaway its stripes. All that would be left to complete the coup is to drop Kwame Nkrumah's Ghana and rename it Federation of Akan-Akyem state. Well Nkrumahs'Ghanaians would not stand by to be treated this way, by these so called adherents to the rule of law,whose wish is that Ghana was for them alone.

I think I am a little bit confused here. Let someone explain to me this scenario of everybody and to be precise all these NDC members, rushing to the Supreme Court to join this petition case? In the first place, it is very true that each and every person in Ghana has the legitimate responsibility, to exercise his or her constitutional right as a citizen. Coming from this angle, that is why eligible voters go to the ballot box to vote for substantive indiduals to represent the nation as a President and legislators, to steer the wheel of affairs of the nation. So, if three people representing the NPP have filed in a petition of irregularities of the just ended elections to the Supreme Court, against the Electoral Commissioner, Dr. Afari-Gyan, representing the Electoral Commission, and President John Dramani Mahama, representing the NDC, of which the respondents say it lacks merit. Why is it that now that all the necessary documents have been presented by all the parties involved for the case to proceed, then many people in the NDC are rushing to file an application to join the case? Do they not believe in their representatives already in in the court? Do we have to wait for everybody in Ghana to file an application to join the case before the hearing proceeds? And do we even have space in the courtroom to accommodate all these people? Does the day to day activities of government in the Flagstaff House being taken care of by every Ghanaian? Or is the legislative activities in Parliament House being taken care of by everybody in Ghana? Of course not. That is why we have representatives. Please let the Think Tanks in Ghana prove me wrong.
