The EC admitted that “all in all, the results of the 21 polling stations in the constituency did not bear signatures of the Presiding Officers.”

It however managed to put up a justification to the anomaly in that crucial electoral process, indicating, “The reason for not appending their signatures was identified to be pressures of work.”

"The EC however admitted that due to pressure of work and similarities of the sentences contained in the Statement of Poll, “sixteen Presiding Officers wrongly duplicated the figure representing C1 on the Statement of Poll which deals with ‘the number of ballots issued to voters on the polling station register’ unto C3 on the same which deals with the ‘number of ballots issued to voters verified by the use of form 1C (i.e. not verification)’.”

Is the EC now imputing mistakes have been made in all electoral venues?
How possible is it for 16 electoral presiding officers to make similar mistakes at one instance?
Or are Ghanaians being taken for granted and idiots?

NDC are thieves and lawbreakers but not smart at the game they play.

NPP needs to tell us something reasonable; like their agents were prevented from witnessing votes & counting, ballot boxes snatched, ballots were burned, people were not allowed to vote, etc. THESE ARE TANGIBLE REASONS AND THESE NEVER OCCURRED.

Any one who knows a little bit of prnciples of law, would admit that a mistake innocently or purposefully would nullify a contract. So, the EC admitting one mistake here and there is grave enough to nullify its work!! People don't just talk or write becouse of political affiliation or tribe. In law the EC has a big question to answer. Especially, where it is more bias (mistake?) in one party's stronghold as opposed to the other. You should all be careful about your comments,even if one is ignorant about what is at stake.
