This must read- "must be blacklisted" and not "could be blacklisted", Idiots. This can only happen in Ghana- a nation where people lack the ability to think critically about issues. I very much doubt it if the people who run the country are literate.

  Please, in similarly situated circumstances, the Culprits give up the Profits on such transaction, Pay Punitive Damages, three times the profits and Serve a Period of Incarceration as a deterrent to others.
  
  Please, let's get serious and cut this 'could be blacklisted' crap.

This will encourage the FDA to continue working harder. No politics in this. There should be seriouse national discussion of this issue to make the public aware of this danger and also to expose all involved.

  Knowingly importing and distributing fake drugs is tantamount to committing premeditated murder and should warrant stiff prison term for the culprits instead of being blacklisted. Where is the deterrent factor if the only punishment for engaging in such an egregious crime is prohibition from further importation of drugs. Think Ayittey!

  Recently in China, when it was detected that people had died as a result of sub par medicines, the executives of the company responsible were all executed.

  I am at a loss why Sherry used the word "could" instead of "will". There are zillion companies looking for opportunities to get those businesses. Therefore, if these companies are found to have abused their privilege, they must be made to pay punitive penalties as well as be banned from doing business in Ghana.
  If this is not done it will become the next "galamsay" which is now out of control.
