Middle income classification is not based on how much the citizens make. It is based on a county's GDP. America is classified as a high income country but only 1% earn the highest income. The 99% fall between middle income and poor but they are not classified as middle income. Italy and Greece are so indebted but they are still not classified as poor or HIPC. The fact that a lot of the citizens do not enjoy the money the country makes does not mean they will be classified as poor. Our GDP or the money the country makes from what it produces makes it fall within the middle income classification but most of that money is wasted so it does not trickle down to the citizens that's why their incomes are still low.

If such opportunity was giving to you by some of the developed nation at that time, and you fail to make use of it, then you are the most worsiest economist in the worl.

if you listen to the radio n watch on TV ever since NDC was in opposition all they did was criticize everything the NPP did..

Looking at how NDC came to be borned into politics, is like criminals taking guns and over ruling their superiors with no sense of direction and experience instituting powers on the citizens to do otherwise against their will. Rawlings was just an ordinary o'level holder who has no experience of governance but because of his then character of wee smoking and holiganism he was able to manipulate the fews fools around him to take the guns and because Ghanians are fools he was able to destroy the country and now the same stupidity he came to preach about, is what his followers are doing. NDC are not politicians and therefore they can't rule. NDC therefore cannot rule with fairness and intelligents but to rule with brutality and greed.
