Indeed, ghanaian stds abroad shld come back to Ghana after their programs so that together we can build a beter Ghana. We have only one Ghana and no outsiders shld be expected to build it for us.
Let there be light and water, then they will come home. Who wants to come and work in the dark at night, heat in the day without fan and water to quench thirst??
There will be light and water if only the people in charge of these sectors stop stealing the needed spatre parts and are dutiful enough to work there .
