"According to the 327 applicants from 11,196 polling stations, it comes as a surprise to them that the petitioners identified their polling stations among those centers where the alleged irregularities took place"

If the NPP identified 11,196 Polling Stations (PERSONS) to have engaged in IRREGULARITIES in the last election, and you are ONE of those persons is Dr Prempah saying that you CANNOT go to the same Court that is hearing the matter to either CLEAR your name or DEFEND what you did?

Certainly, the Respondents can decide to use persons from these 11,196 Polling Stations as Witnesses BUT that does NOT PRECLUDE the rights of any person or persons associated with those 11,196 Polling Stations from being heard in Open Court.

The Supreme Court may decide, for CASE MANAGEMENT reasons, to limit the number, but that in itself may present certain Technical Issues and Legal Challenges.

Let's break it down as follows:

The petitioners have taken the Chief of Tema to Court saying that 11,196 people from Tema have stolen or engaged in Irregularities with respect to Fertilizer imported for All Farmers in Ghana.

If you are one of these 11,196 persons, wouldn't you want to go to court to clear your name?

Who can BETTER explain what exactly happened to the Court apart from you who actually knows what happened to the Fertilizer?

That Information when stated in Open Court by anybody else is Hearsay and most courts will NOT consider it as ADMISSIBLE EVIDENCE.

You can tell the whole thing is a calculated blatant plot to rip off Ghanaians, something that could easily have sparked disaster in other countries.

The Supreme Court allowing the NDC to join the petetion was wrong. Ghana is a sick state and I believe even the Supreme Court cannot break the imminent division of this country if things continue this way. How hard is it to prove that the voting was rigged or not. If the evidence presented is not good enough, all the Supreme Court has to do is explain why it's not enough and stop singing to the tunes of NDC music.

Or rather, they can do so BUT those whose votes they are seeking to invalidate also have the right to counter-petition them. Now they can do this only by joining the suit.

If it's true NPP left out polling stations where Akufo-Addo won but were not signed by polling officers, NDC will bring them and they will also be cancelled. Only over voting will be cancelled and not entire votes in polling stations where there were over-votings. NPP lawyers are not telling supporters the truth. Beating war drums will not change anything.

It is so difficult to come by an Ashanti who manifest the true qualities of an intellectual. By their nature Ashantis are dishonest, selfish, greedy and corrupt - vises that don't just gen with intellectual sentiments. That so called "dr" Prempeh is a typical example. Otherwise how can his party NPP claim that an election was rigged and without any basis for the claim start attacking, injuring and killing any group of people they perceive as their opponents. After a lot of public outcries they took the case to court. It took them almost two months to make available some strange evidences of fraud in more that one million polling stations. Is it not surprising that when just 500 people from the more than one million polling stations felt concerned about the mention of their polling stations for fraud, applied to join the suit that dunce who call himself "dr" Prempeh think they don't have the right to do so and therefore decided to go on rampage threatening the supreme court and the totality of the good people of Ghana. They think they have the right to take people to court and at the same time set the agenda as to how the people they accused should defend themselves.
For long these people have had their way bcos others want to be responsible and don't want to destroy the little progress that we have made as a people. But let them continue to come, one of these days we shall show them just something small.

But they should be truthful and prove to the world of the integrity of the GBA. And above all out of respect and in honor of the three (3) 1982 murders of three high court judges. Ghana is now democratic and no longer authoritarian government and even under present political situation are currently enjoying peace. And I know whatever the outcome of the Supreme Court judgement, will continue to live in peace in accordance to the legacy of our first President, Dr Kwame Nkrumah. This means that if the SC rules in favor of the NPP and NDC realize that it was not based on the merit then they NDC can take to the streets. Same applies to NPP. My opinion, it shouldn't have been entertained at all. Personally, I found it hard to believe that the court will discount half of the valid votes and elect a new president. The petition should have asked for a re-run not otherwise.

It has also the mandate to invite any other person(s), or request for further evidence, which is outside your conscience. Are you so sensible than the judges of the Supreme Court or what, to make such an admonishing statement? Who are you, at all in Ghana? Why don't you leave the Supreme Court justices to do their job? The best you expect, from your writing,is to dethrone Mahamah and bring in Nana, which has not been indicated yet by the Supreme Court.
