  Blame everyone including the owner. One thing stands out in every normal country that electricals of every building are inspected every year. In Ghana, that is not the case. Poor planning will ruin us.

  If I am right,in the interview yesterday; the security personnel tried using the fire extinguisher but he was not competent enough as he was throuwn aboard having felt it was too cold and could not withstand the pressure at the same time.Training should be given to such people to be able to deal with such issues first hand in the future.
  It happend in my house in the village but the fire was completely extinguished. A village near Half-AssiniWestern Region where the nearest fire station is Axim, I wonder what would have happened if there was no fire extiguisher in the house and no competent person was available?
  Let avoid the inevitables and stop blame-games and finger-pointings.

  So in an emergency situiation such as fire, the emergency men at scene needed a key to open the door right??
  
  These USELESS men should be replaced with armed robbers for at least armed robbers would have required no keys to enter the building.
