Any sensible business person should know that in a country where water and electricity service is sporadic, alternative power source is a necessity, in the case of cold storage operators, not having stand by generators as a part of standard operating equipment, is short-sighted, if not criminal.

It's never too late to correct mistakes, this is a life saving move by the FDA, NDC&NPP robots need to stop bickering over those two useless parties, and focus on the things that benefit the people's health and well being, rather than trying to take cheap shots at each other.
