This teachers have been there since ever before independers. Other than strike nothing they have done successful. Then what is even their use at all? We know that, the work of good teachers in to help children become more attrctive to Education, but our own teachers are there doing nothing other than only reading news papers at school and even encourage the children to be come something else and useless in future. There is no wonder that, our leader involve corruption might have started from them due to lack of good attention to their student.

Teachers in other Africa countries eg Angola with all the resources would jump at the opportunities available in Ghana. They have to note that should promotion come at a later date it would still attract back pay.
