Keep the Presiding member, those in power don't like strong opposition. I don't know him but for the Mayor to want to get rid of him, means he is doing a good job, checking him and making sure he does what needs to be done.

AMA is an institution that is not working for Ghana. It has got a huge opportunity in the market place but as an organisation it is mis-firing. Accra as the capital is not fit for purpose, from the airport to Osu. Dansoman is being run down into Sukura. AMA lacks the vision and the structure to present Accra as the capital of Ghana. Even British institutions are changing to be fit for purpose. You can't always go into the capital in a 4 X 4, try to walk, your shoes, my brother, on a raining day, oh come - on AMA.
