And I wonder if Israel will be Godly enough to keep our water safe but not politically inclined to do the unthinkable. We are not at war with Israel so I don't expect they will rain on our waters with arsenic or some "aging orange" but a little dose of chloride will go a long way. It's a big shame we cannot take care of these common needs for instance our water, food and electricity. My fear is not about Israel's involvement, but the officials in Ghana whose motivations are the kick-backs they get from handling contracts. Such officials will turn the other way while diabolic acts are being perpetrated on us with impunity. This is where we should be vigilant and to make sure any contractor given such vital project does it not only right but safe. I strongly believe that after 56 years of independence we should have no need for any outsider to manage our water system. I will advice that if the technology to manage our water is not available within the country, Ghana should open the doors to Ghanaians in diaspora doing relative jobs to come home. And by offering some incentives these people will love to come and help to reshape our world. Ghana should know that we cannot always depend on foreign experts to solve our problems. Finally Ghana should learn to manufacture and to use these locally manufactured products without thinking of a western approval seals to indicate its safety. We should learn to have control over our own destiny.
