depending on size of state/region...every county or city has their own seperate water system..Some even have private electric but they buy on wholesale power from state generator

The whole phenomenon is just one SHAMEFUL. We have engineers now more than 50 years ago when water was running.It beats my mind what the problem is . All we can say is Shame onto our leaders

Bottle water is sold in usa and people pay higher price for bottle water than they do the water coming from their pipes..My pipe water is only $30-$35 per month. But most people will pay $3-4 for 24 1/2 liter (16oz) bottles!
I have seen quiet a lot of ideas from people to curb some unpleasant situations in the country, but this one is the BIGGEST JOKE I have ever heard!

48 engr Regt is unable to handle water and sewage issues in tehie barracks and Burma camp. Imagine if the entire country is given to them.
