As bad as the situation in Ghana is at the moment, it is preferable than a military rule. At least we have the freedom to criticize this moribund administration. I will rather live in a state with freedom with hardships than live in servitude with plenty. Ghanaians have come of age and we should exercise our votes in changing governments.

The only time a coup will be a welcome relief is when the party in power makes the country a one party state and declare a President for life as Nkrumah did.

If the masses too start feeling the situation is unbearable and start a popular uprising like it happened in Egypt, that too will be hard to stop. This is a warning to MAHAMA and his Ndc party to shape up.

The appointed and elected officials need to declare their assets as the constitution stipulates or else.....

In Kenya, the recent demonstration resulted in the police firing and injuries. That is the only language that our people understand now. Nobody is going to back down. We did not learn our lesson in 1966, 1979 and 1981. It is now time for another coup to pump sense into some of our ignorant heads.

Brute force is the only way where persuasion fails. Force must be applied. This time round we will be better prepared for the coup as we have been giving ample warning.

The pastors cannot help us. They have been taking our money, thus resulting in increased hardship. The pastor are the first ones to be hit when there is a coup so Rev. Owusu Bempah should get ready, especially the Akan pastors. They were targetted during the 1979 and 1981 coups. Several had their churches burnt down, identification hair cuts and spent time in jail to help them repent. They are all thieves, daylight robbers. Telling us lies and brainwashing esp. the women, the sick, the old, the vulnerable to part with their hard earned money, valuables and other services. Everyone in Ghana now wants to be a Pastor or a Politician. That is the quickest way to get rich, apart from sakawa.

As soon as the coup starts, yes, the radio stations will announce it and then the young militia will knock on Osofo Rev. Owusu Bempah's door. They will strip him naked, beat him, take all his money, his cars, his house and send him to the Barracks for meditation, reflection, prayer and fasting. The coup detat must come and soon.

There are possibly three things the judges at the court could do. The SC is not a trial court nor a kingmaker. They can order a re-election, which I don't find very feasible at this time of dumso. The can order a recount, or ask the EC (not Afari Gyan) to straighten up those irregularities, if any for future guidance. Meanwhile, the swearing-in of Mahamah is upheld. There is nothing else the court can do. It is very unreasonable therefore for any Ghanaian to ask the court to do something else that is outside its jurisdiction.

Ghanaians are not interested in coups.water,electricity,and gas amongst other basic necessities are what we are interested in .the gov't is making every effort to address these challenges in these sectors and I think we should be patient and allow the systems to work to improve the situation we find ourselves in.as for the sc judges we should allow them to handle what is before them without unnecessarily trying to influence them through all sorts of threats and curses.in the event of a coup d'eta we all, civilians and soldiers loose.

Where was he since the last Coup in 1981? Which political authority was then in power? How many Coup d’états did the political authority foiled since 1981? Does he know Gbevlo Lartey very well?
These questions above should advise and wake him up from his hallucinations. What at all has Nana Addo's failure in the elections done to him? Did he and his church contribute some money towards Nana's campaign in anticipation to rob the tax payer when Nana wins?
He needs serious spiritual and medical help.

As the Osagyefo Dr Kwame Nkrumah once said, "the military has no political mandate". This is clearly enshrined in the constitution of Ghana and any attempt at a military coup will be dealt with as it should, the real and true Ghanaians will simply sit at home, refuse to go to work,, the nation will come to a standstill until they leave. Then they will be captured, put on trial and if the verdict is that of the ultimate punishment for treason, then so be their fate!!

By the way if Bempah and his ilk also think they can rise up with cutlasses and try to foment a civil war, then they are grossly mistaken. The majority of Ghanaians will show them exactly for what they are and they will be crushed.

Just because your party lost the elections and some of them have been swayed by your false prophesies, you are now threatening the supreme court justices. Bempah has completely forgotten that the silent majority who most likely agree with the outcome of the elections and support the current government and prefer it to the alternative have not even said what THEY would do, were the verdict to go against the government.

Bempah should be finding ways of bringing peace among the people rather than inciting a 'civil war mentality'! This man is not worth his calling as a pastor, let alone a prophet!

The NDC think that election fraud is a cool thing which should occur without challenge. The NDC is wrong! After rigging elections since 1992, their cups are full; they can run but cannot hide anymore! All their dirty tricks during elections have been exposed! Very soon, some unidentified people in the country will be marching to Nsawam as "high-profile" residents. In trying to prevent that, the NDC have plotted to cause chaos in Ghana. But they lie bad! Ghana must rise up and show the way in Africa.

Elections must be truly free and fair. Our dear country and the African continent deserves better; Ghana wants to move forward into progress and prosperity for all, irrespective of tribal, religious or political affiliation.

We can only develop when there's quality and free education. These things must happen now! We don't have to wait for 20yrs as envisaged by the NDC. Nana Akufo-Addo and Dr. Bawumia are poised to lead Ghana unto paths of great freedom and prosperity and Ghanaian must join them in prayer to achieve that glorious dream.

John Mahama has made his wicked intentions known! He's openly promised the Ghana Armed Forces support and equipment, just so that our forces would protect him, when he seem to lose in his fight to stay on to power. But he's a liar! Our Armed Forces and the Nation's Security Forces must stand up and protect the country. John Mahaman is not Ghana; and Ghana is not John Mahama! Our forces should show some sense of maturity, by not falling for any dubious individual. Ghana deserves better, I'd say!

We should pray that in these few days, weeks and months ahead of us, our Noble Justices at the Supreme Court would gather the courage to give a fair ruling, without fear or favour, so Ghana will shine as a bright star in Africa and the whole wide-world. May God bless our Homeland, Ghana. Amen!

These scare tactics would not prevent the judges from delivering a judgement founded in law and base on evidence. The truth somehow never gets buried so lets all wait to hear the judgement and stop second guessing what the outcome might be. The fact of the matter is that the NPP conceded defeat the day they embarked on this course of action and their leaders know it. If their strategy is to set a precedent I have no beef with that but please...please surrogates stop stirring fear in the populace. If it should happen that after the judgement this pastor's prophesy does not come to pass. We will all know which God he serves. And may his followers take note. Then again this whole cacophony of pastor's and their broadcasters is becoming quite a real distraction. Don't they know that we have work to do in our country which is bigger that who sits in the Presidential Palace? We need thinkers not ignorant self elevating preachers who do nothing to aleviate poverty but contribute to it by taking the widow's mite from he poor and feeding on their ignorance.
