It is no secrete that sometimes contractors are awarded contract without budget and this had been the cause of many judgement debts.Contractors have every right to go court to seek redress when their payments delay and with interest.That is why I am always appalled when people talk of judgement debt as if it is something corrupt and wrong.Lets get real because unless we recognize that most of these judgement debts are correct and genuine,there will always be conflict between state and the public.This unnecessary outcry against judgement debts is putting pressure on both the courts and government.The courts must be allowed to do their job and once there is a decision and judgement is given the government must respect and honour it.Otherwise they can resort to the court for redress through the appeal system and remember that when the state fails the judgement debt increases so lets get real for judgement debts are real.

Anyone who has tried to do business with a pepeni can testify to one fact that they went through extreme anguish and distress and thats the thumb print of this govt and exactly what the people are going through now . even the ec is admitting to faults and now saying it will prosecute some its officers as afari gyan realizes the game is almost over and is trying to save his skin . the discontent is so widespread its only the so called ndc foot soldiers , agent provocateurs and serial callers who dont see shit
