Supposedly, the NPP are democrats and hence believe in the rule of law. But increasingly, the good people of Ghana now know better as evidenced by their actions of late. These are a bunch of anarchist and arsonist. The Ghana police which is the direct arm of judiciary have the duty to serve and maintain law as well as order in Oman Ghana. The security forces thanks to the Ghana police service plays massive role in our internal security and peace. Yes all is not well with the Ghana Police but the NPP cannot do as they wish. They have to respect the preamble of Ghana which is the constitution. Period! No ifs, ands or buts.

The behavior of NPP today is the same as in the 50’s and 60’s. The mango does not fall far from the tree. The NPP don’t obey law and order. They provoke the state to the limit to react and when actions are taken against them they cry foul of police state and what not. Their forebearers terrorist actions in the 50’s led by NLM Asafo warrior Baffour Akoto provoked the enacting of the PDA in 1958. Theses brutes are simply lawless and above all primitive. The NPP cannot take the law into their hands to fit their whims and caprices. Since when did anyone authorize the NPP to be security men, judges and executioners all in one? They may call an independent body for further investigation but cannot prevent the state investigators in this case Ghana Police to do their work. This is an act of deliberate obstruction/disobedience or disregard for the state laws or regulations. This is tantamount to contempt of state laws and as such punishable.

In fact, this is an insult to the men and women in uniform and this idiot by the name of Johnny come lately who opens mouth before thinks should render unqualified apologies the security forces and criminal investigation division (CID). A whole foreign ministry building costing millions of dollars which was once occupied by Akufo Addo was gutted by fire. Thousands of strictly confidential government files were burnt to ashes as investigations were being carried out of anomalies under Akufo Addo’s tenure. Should the people of Ghana suspect Akufo Addo? The bare faced dishonesty of NPP will be the downfall.

All of a sudden the entire police unit is NDC. All of a sudden the whole armed force becomes NDC. These warmongers are suspicious of their own shadows. Could it that the NPP is not trustworthy which is why they suspect everyone to be sinister?! Why didn’t the NPP government during Kufuor’s tenure allow independent investigation in the YA NA case? Why didn’t the NPP allow independent investigation as to how Mobila’s died? There are 1001 and questions to be answered by NPP. Instead of their wasting time and energy in such useless endeavours/litigations which is discrediting them by the day if not hour; they may be best served if the channel it the preparation of 2016 elections. As they say preparation is everything.

This is because the manufactures have an interest to protect the company and therefore might be unwilling to admit mechanical or manufacturer's fault. After the two investigations, then NPP can compare the outcomes and assess for themselves whether the party can trust the police or not. This could be a good test case for the police and NPP.

I bought a brand new Toyota Fortuner for my wife, and at12000km,she had a flat tyre on l/h front tyre,a brand new tyre.Is this demonic?
The cause was that she ran over a metallic nail in the garage,but because it was a tubeless tyre,it was able to maintain the tyre pressure for some time before giving up on the road.
If NPP believes in demonce rather than the rule of law,then we must close the courts including the Supreme Court and we will all go to seek redress in the demonic world.

Under the Ghana Road Traffic Act,only the Ghana Police Service and maybe the Military Police have the mandate to undertake investigations into road accidents and come out with reports that are acceptable in the law courts for purposes of claims such as insurance etc. I refuse to believe that there are no lawyers in the NPP know this law thoroughly. The only reason for refusing to report an accident is a sense of culpabilty, either for overspeeding, lack of insurance cover, expired driving licence, drunk driving etc.If this is not the case, why are the very seasoned NPP lawyers allowing their misinformed Gen Sec to put them on the wrong side of the law? From premature and unlawful declaration of election results till now, every move of this Gen Sec has cast the NPP in a bad light yet the informed ones are quiet, as if to say "Let him hit the brick wall, then he would learn". There have been past Gen Secs under whom the NPP won elections without being so uncouth. Should the Police arrest the driver of the vehicle, they would only be enforcing the law. Bawumiah attended hospital alright, along with other injured occupants. But the doctors would have to fill the accident forms,in case and may God forbid, that the unfortunate happens as a result of this accident, the correct attribution could be made. Normally doctors would not release an accident victim without police forms, but I believe the NPP have managed to get the doctors to circumvent the law. This is pathetic. Now the next thing we would hear is that an NPP person is murdered, since they don't trust the police, they would not report, but do their own investigations and go straight to the Supreme Court with their evidence. Aba, why has partisan politics turned some people irrational?

But frankly if we accept the SPEED at which these 4x4s race on our highways it is a mystery why more horrific accidents do not occur. In my recent travel, I had to scream mad at the driver to drive at a sensible speed and watched all the other 4x4s whizz by front and back at the speed of lightning!
