  Don`t worry, when it comes to NDC, they will do beyond what you said. NDC is not about sharing oil contract to people like NPP did. That oil benefit will get to all Ghanaians

  This is a typical example of ignorant officials and ministers. The insurers of oil rig operators demand a minimum of 10 years experience of maintenance and technical staff to cover them. A PHd from the various bogus universities and even Legon, which has been going downhill, is not enough. We cannot even maintain our electrical installations. We hardly produce any engineers, there is no study of physical sciences and we want to maintain oil rigs.

  How come Ghanaian politicians can't use simple words to say what they mean? "Capacity building for indigenes" What nonsense. "Training skillful workforce" is perfectly fine.
