The NPP would not and does not want Nana as presidential candidate for 2016. The next logical person after Nana is Bawumia but the NPP does not want a Northerner and a Pepeni presidential candidate so Bawumia must die to pave way for another Akan. That is NPP for you. Sir John and the NPP plotted this to take place in President Mahama's village to make it look like an NDC plot. With the plot failed, Sir John tows the vehicle to erase all traces of the plot. Nana has to prove in a law court that he is the same person as William the Lawyer. Simply saying Nana is the same person as William the lawyer does not cut it.

Did you guys know about a guy that was practising medicing in the USA with his friends credentials?

Once upon a time there was the case of Judge Obiri Yeboah, the fact that Nana has practice and train lawyers means nothing if he cannot prove in Law Court that he is the same as William the lawyer. Prove of change of name may do.

This allegation first popped up in 2008 through Nana Konadu Aygemang Rawlings. Then, somewhere last year, it was rumoured that Nana Akufo Addo solicited the help of a Ghanaian legal luminary living in The States to prepare all his court cases while he was the Attorney General of Ghana. Ex-President Kuffour had to relieve him of his post as the AG for "the way and manner he handled Tsatsu Tsikata and Yaa-Naa's cases. I truly believe it is about time he spoke to Ghananians the issue which is hovering over his head.

So it is established and there is no dispute about Nana's qualifications at the English Bar. Wow. Why now? Perhaps the learned judge has a bone to pick with both Nana Addo and John A K Kufuor. They bipassed him and did not nominate him as the Chief Justice, the most coveted legal positions in the country. Then they went to select a woman?

Justice Kpegah may have an ulterior motive. Nana Akufo-Addo is finished politically and legally if he cannot provide us with the proof that he is who he says he is and that he went though the right channels to obtain his certificates. If not, then YAMUTU!! Come on Nana, we are listening. Show us that you are not a con artist. This matter will not rest and will not go away in a hurry.

The fact that you are saying everybody knows Nana is William will not wash in court. I did not know he was William or Bill or Billie, whatever. I thought he was Edward.. How about that?

We want to see the documentary evidence, pronto. When did he change his name and why William A D Akufo Addo does not have "N" either by initial or Nana in there. It is therefore not shortened, but rather a misrepresentation. Where is the change of name deed and the publication in a national newspaper?

After all the pomposity and circumstance, Nana will be dragged before the courts if he is unable to come out and show us all the certificates. Instead of hiding behind his lawyers, Kwame Akufo and the rest, we want to hear and see Nana's explanation. Tell us the names of his class mates, his teachers, show us his school reports and attendance sheets if you have them.

Prove to the people of Ghana once and for all that he is indeed a qualified and competent lawyer of good standing with the Ghana Bar. Until we get the proof, we are going to say, Nana is not a lawyer till kingdom come.

Perhaps we should interview Konadu and ask how she came about that information and analysis.

how was Nana Addo able to go to law school with his 3rd class first degree from legon?. Did he doctor his grades to get into law school?. Which law school did he attend and who were the members of the admission committee?
