  I don't want to be offensive, but while agreeing with you, I hope you make sure you slip this into the biil;
  
  No landlord shall charge a maximum of 6 months lease on any property rental in the country. Preferably, first and last month lease payments plus the current lease amount, hence 3 month payment in advance to occupy any rental property.

  The Govt should come in to layout CLEAR the Guidelines WITHIN which EVERY DEVELOPER should operate!
  Ghanaians are prone to BUILD ANYHOW and in the end there's trouble trying to pull down STRUCTURES which have NOT been sited ...

  Ghanaians are prone to BUILD ANYHOW and in the end there's trouble trying to pull down STRUCTURES which have NOT been sited PROPERLY.The enviromental ASPECT of whatever we CONSTRUCT is also important!
