  EXCUSE ME. WHAT IS A TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY? WHAT DO ALL THESE UNIVERSITIES SUPPOSED TO ACCOMPLISH WHEN THOSE WHO HAVE GRADUATED FROM THE EXISTING ONES CAN'T FIND A JOB.

  That is a bad idea. Even few Universities that we have could produce any vibrant student other than criminals how more if we come out with so many universities? that means over crowded crimanal persons.od for bid
