I wish ti remind the energy think-tank that budgets are estimates and prudentially, projections should state the minimum expectations rather than maximum.
I do not know what this organisation wants. The government is using an agreed moving average for pricing crude oil prices and has decided to be prudent on its expectations of crude oil production and ACEP is unhappy.

Concerned. How do you exactly expect the government to hold Cosmos accountable if Jubille failed to meet production target.
Estimates are projections. I'd rather the Gov't was more cautious than over ambitious in its estimates. The same, applies to cocoa, cassava, gold etc.

There have been instances where Kosmos over promised and under delivered. Seth Terkper is an astute Finance minister.
