The fact remains there is not a single Akan clan or family that hasn't had someone persecuted , victimized or defamed by you and your various regimes so for this we are brothers? shiaaaa!!!!.   This state of emergency should have imposed long ago to avoid those deaths, I don't know what prevented the Regional Security Council from taking this decision in the early times the conflict resurfaced.
