I always maintained I have serious doubt about the credibility of the qualification and credentials of this man. I still believe there is something dubious about the call of this man to the bar as a lawyer.
WHY?, Because every subject/profession has its own culture set which is imbibed in the professionals in the area as they pass through the educational system/training. Scientist think, talk and behave like scientist because they acquire the scientific culture.
One of the basic tenets of law is that no one is guilty until proven so by competent court of law and that conclusions cannot be drawn unless based on indisputable evidence. How therefore can a 'lawyer' always jump to give people guilty verdict without any declared evidence linking them to offences?
Or is it that he passed through the training without the training passing through him?. If that is the case then the Bar Association must call him to order or sanction him, just like a medical doctor will not be allowed to consistently go against the ethics of his profession without been sanctioned by the Medical and Dental Council.

Moreover, Nana Akomea's term is still not over since there is a petition at the SC challenging the outcome of the elections.

Any leader must be made aware of limits of his behaviour in the position beyond which s/he should be held accountable, but this is unheld off in Ghana or Africa. Hence so called leaders in Ghana and Africa continue to abuse and misuse their posiyions and power.
Who will bring this levels of controls to end the abuse of power and lack of perfoprmance in Ghana? Only a selfless leader can bring about these controls.

The delegates take their executive;s support for a candidate as evidence that the chap has made contributions to the party. But the delegates cannot obtain hands-on experience of the candidate's potential efficiency. By the time the candidate has a chance to make mistakes, he is alkready in the post.

So a good party official must listen to what the other party officials say, irrespective of whether they were elected or not. The party spokesman is the one who has to field questions from the media whenever nonsense is spewed by other members of the executive. He is the obe to wh9om it falls to do what political parties know as "damage limitation". To threaten Nana Akomea, when he is only carrying out this duty of lessening the effect of the embarrassment Sir John is constantly causing to the party, demonstraes that Sir John cares more about saving his own face than serving the interests of the party. He is lucky to have a party spokesman who is not a sycophant but will tell people on the executive off, albeit politely, when they talk nonsense. Now that the NDCD is claiming that Sir John is "friendly" with a security topnotch, Sir John must explain himself or resign.For if he is "friendly" with NDC security, then maybe some of the many nonsensical things he says to embarrass the NPP are provided to him in script form to damage the NPP? Either way, his nonsense is too much. The executive should call for his resignation, for constantly making irresponsible utterings. Aden? Ononkoaa na owo ano? (Is he the only person with a mouth?)

My personal experience tells me that the General Secretary in every party plays a vital role more than all the Executives.Anytime you go to a party's headquarters the man you find behind the table is the General Secretary and sometimes with the Chairman.These are the 2 main officials who man the party on daily basis.I believe the NPP's 2012 Election Campaign Strategy was born out of "agressive tactics".Looking at Nana Addo,Jake,Sir John,Karbo,Sammy Awuku,Ursula,Kofi Jumah and Ken Agyapong etc.I have no doubt in my mind that the party likes very much what Sir John is doing more than the gentle Nana Akomea.Take for example,Nana Akomea was the first to air that NPP is not challenging the legitamcy of President Mahama's mandate but some 3 individuals in the party.Ofcoures NPP has no right to challenge the legitimacy of Prez Mahama and the Vice Chairman Mr Opare has also confirmed it.Sir John on the other hand said the party does not want to be part of thing having relation to Prez Mahama,thus the boycott of NPP MPs.There must be some conflict of interest going on in NPP now,there are some individuals using the party for their own interest.Thank you.

Elected means power to misbehave,is that what you mean? do you see the way these village oriented primitive degree holders take Ghana for ride?. Fellow Ghanaians , the thing is NOT about degrees and certificates alone, but is about degrees ofcourse and the character that can take our nation far.

The character of electing a person base on tribal influence are part of this mess, oh yes, his village is next to my village, all these primitive actions and reactions is what is bringing these things out.If the people who elected that so called sir john are not primitve like him these cheap display of degree holders with low mentality would not have happened.

Of course you are a secretary that was elected and not appointed so when you make stupid thngs/statements that can inflame situations in our loving Ghana we have to accept that.So now Akomea is for NDC. What is wrong with these degree holders?. The saddest thing is most of them got it via the connection line; paying money or had family influences. If not so why all these mess with this their party village oriented primitive doings of thinking that they can posses Ghana like handkerchieves in their pockets through politics. May God who created Ghana come to our aid.
