Even though I don't like Rawlings , but this could never happened under him. He was wicked good the way he handle criminals .
That I think is a call in the right direction.
People should learn to do things right and also consider the state of the nation first and ruthlessly not put put the the lives of Ghanaian people in jeopardy.

This is good. Where is the DCE and the District Security Commitee. These people take pay and allowances and do nothing. I strongly recommend that the DCE should be fired.
The only active national agency in the ghana,National security,where are the BNI,CID,Police etc.
Ghana Water Company has a Manager on site, the DCE and DISEC are in the administrative area of the project. It does not need another body from the centre to take such a minute action to protect the project and the environment ...
