Actually, I do.

I have friends there in Nkonya and Alavanyo who would never fight even if you gave them millions. I also know how very good, in fact, very loving these two people have been, how sweet and good-thinking Alavanyo and Nkonya people still are. So it is very frustrating there are few disgruntled among these folks creating trouble and disturbing peace.

The problem during our generation is lack of employment and also education of the youth. We have been thinking about projects that would help mitigate the sufferings of the people and turn their attention from conflicts, and I hope the Good God would bless the thought so it would be fruitful one day.

Asem be ba dabi, go there and you will notice how nice these two groups of people are.

The conflict itself is a relic of days long gone and the so-called 'land' in dispute is just a joke. It is best described as two bald men fighting over a comb - baren, caked and devoid of any growth. I think the best way forward is a continuation of the dialogue that brought about the recent peace
