  Individuals are given such loans with the knowledge that even their great grand children if they follow inheritance can never complete payment before they die. Meanwhile people in the north are struggling with cows over dirty streams. Why give loans if the person cannot complete payment during his life time

  Anyone involved in authorizing these loans should be arrested and jailed. And these staff who took out these loans knowing they will not able to pay it back should be forced to make higher payments.
