    His writings brought out African culture and its wealth of wise sayings. We all need to be proud of that . That is what our so called PHDs should be doing, selling our rich culture instead of running it down

    'Things Fall Apart' was a Literature textbook for my 'O' levels at Acimota school and I enjoyed it immensely. Achebe made Africa proud and will be sorely missed.
