  Peruvian Engineers have created such generators to make water for Lima and the surrounding area, where about one million of the more than eight million people lack reliably clean water
  
  If the problem is water, we'll make some," said Alejandro Aponte, one of Engineers who worked on the project, which was both an engineering feat and a marketing challenge.
  
  Engineers on the project have installed five generators to suck moisture out of the air and convert it into liquid.

  What about the utility companies, in this case Ghana Water and Sewerage Company?
  
  Is there any proper maintenance of water facilities? Do they attend to leakages promptly? Is there any forward planning? Do they collect water tariffs promptly? Do they maintain our water resources well?
  
  Unless people learn to take responsibility in our land, we will be going nowhere too quickly, and the water, energy and other crises will resurface time and again.
