Police presence on the roads will deter over speeders. Even here abroad, as soon as a driver sees a traffic cop, common sense tells you to slow down else you get a ticket $$ and/or demerit points on your license or suspension ...

Who is going to carry the burden of these affected people? The main cause of these accidents is by driving while intoxicated. DWI should be taken serious. DEFFENSIVE DRIVING CLASS SHOULD BE MANDATORY FOR EVERY COMMERCIAL DRIVER
