  quota to ghana. There should be a law retaining part of their money to be used by the cmmunity they are exploiting.As for prez mahama,he has made alot ofpromises yet to me manifested. Let's hope he can solve this water problem,for water is life. Rcently in US, BP Oil company was tasked to pay $4B on small oil spill. The galamsay operators must be taught hw to operate to minimise the risk to a fee paid by them
