Kwesi Pratt is the most dangerous Journalist Ghana had ever have, he had the gut to recommend his fellow journalists to be executed by PNDC. Pratt even recommended Baako to be killed by the regime, thank God Baako was instead touchered violently and severely but his life was spared. This is what Kwesi Pratt can do. Now Pratt is a secret agent to NDC and US Embassy in Ghana. May God forgive Pratt and spare him the untold evils that will come upon him and his generations. The souls of those journalist killed through Pratt's recommendations to PNDC will never forgive Pratt. Transplant every citizen in Stockholm to Accra, and transport every citizen (indigenes and migrants alike) to Stockholm, and give each side 5 years.
Accra will be instantly transformed into a civilized beautiful European style city using available resources. Stockholm will become worse than Nima. Men and women will be pissing and shitting in the streets, children will be bathing in their front yard. Kiosks will be set up in front of every house selling what already exits in the supermarkets. Street hawkers will converge on all traffic hot spots and like wild beasts intimidate you with their wares, and the ignorant gullible citizens will pretend that they have to patronize these animals. Where is the urgency in buying snacks, hardware, water, soft drinks, while you are a motorist headed to work or home perhaps. Listen Mr. President, Accra is not congested, we are a Sick Nation of villagers, bent on making sure the once civilized and well protected capital gets a taste of poverty and bush life. PERIOD!!! Use the Army and Police to get these creatures off our streets for good, if they need jobs, they should go to the labor department, not make life miserable for hardworking law abiding indigenes. Secondly build lots off prisons and jail houses, if they need food and shelter, they can find it there with some hard labor, covering our open gutters and building unground sewage lines. If you can't do it, Please Mr. President move over cos' I can.

Start demolishing the smallest and oldest buildings of the innermost districts, and build taller buildings on the lots. Repair the sewer system. Fine street hawkers and remove them from highways (the main cause of traffic jams). Bulldoze the slums and squatted buildings. Longer term solutions, such as a public rail network, will cost much more money to implement.
