  STRANGE LEADERS IN THIS COUNTRY WITH MONEY FROM CONSOLIDATED FUND WE STILL WENT FOR WORLD BANK LOAN 1.2MILLION FOR 4YRS WHY BECAUSE LEADERS OF THIS NATION KEEP BORROWING RUNNING THIS COUNTRY DOWN.

  Well, can someone educate me? I suppose these monies are for running those ministries, institutions and agencies? Does it not include salaries? funding development projects by the various ministries, institutions and agencies ...

  Well, can someone educate me? I suppose these monies are for running those ministries, institutions and agencies? Does it not include salaries? funding development projects by the various ministries, institutions and agencies?
  
  I did not read of the ministry of education? For example if we take the ministry of education, does this money consist of salaries for teachers? salaries for non-teaching staffs, infrastructural development such as the building of classrooms and lecture halls? buying books, stationary,vehicles among others?
  
  If that is so then I also think that monies allocated to say Gender, children and social protection is inadequate. Money for roads and highways is inadequate and money for water resources, works and housing are equally inadequate at this time that we have so much problem with the availability of water; lack of good housing and sanitation etc.
  
  What about the 1.2mil dollars from the WB? Is it to supplement or fund specific projects aside the monies from the consolidated fund? I guess I have too many questions than answers.
  
  The public administrators and governance experts can help enlight some of us.
