The statistics are very frightening. I think that statistics matches the genocide in Rwnada or suicide bombing in Iraq. Maybe we are slowly committing suicde and genocide. Nonetheless there are very simple ways of mitigating road accidents if we stop talking. Firstly, where is the SMS in road transport, how much is insurance paying? Lastly ENFORCEMENT. There are several ways to drive and talk, it is safe and cheap
