Is that Ghanaian engineer? what does he know at all? If there to be good engineers like this man, Ghana wouldn`t have gone for outside engineers.

This was my thought when I read Mr Enchill's accounts. He is the residence engineer and my question is where was he when the contractor was/or started the renovation? When did he know the materials were defective.

Others are raising over 100 storeys with springy foundations well below the sea! This structure has less than 20 storeys yet has never seen completion. No doubt it has become the Tower of Ghana.
