I now understand why we are not progressing and sinking deeper into social deprivation: We are only loyal to our parties, not our Society and Country. So we vote for anybody at all, however unsuitable like Ursula, just because of the party? If we make such wrong choices how do we expect results from our leaders?

Similarly, it is crystal clear how unsuitable Nana Addo is, yet people were prepared to queue for hours to vote for him and are ready to die for him to this day. In a more moral society, all right-thinking persons would be so outraged at a politician who declared "all-die-be-die" and would ensure the whole society voted massively against him! But what did we do in Ghana? How could we allow an internationally acknowledged marijuana smoker cum sex offender hold the whole country after losing miserably at the polls?
