Bawumia didnt hear the tyre burst because the tyre were tubeless. The sound he hear sound like tyre burst because of the pictures. If it was a burst tyre the drive would have been able to stop the car. But with 4+4 the tyres disinfilate slowly for sometime and just flat all of a sudden, that is why the driver lot control. Blame your security.

However, if they are behind it they should realize that God knows everything and they will have to account for their deeds before God whether they believe in God and Judgment or not. As St. Paul says in Galatians 'Do not be deceived, God is not mocked.For whatever a man sows so also shall he reap.....' And in Hebrews the apostle says 'it is a terrible thing to fall into God's hands'. Everybody should desist from playing God because you'll never win in the long run.
