  She is not crazy. She does it on purpose.

  Where is the evidence that she was knowingly poisoning the nimals? Do a proper investigations and stop the hearsays. The lady probably did not respond to the summons because she did not under her rights under the law. I would ...

The lady probably did not respond to the summons because she did not under her rights under the law. I would have defended her for free because the state does not have a case against her.
