Very simple! Because of our weaked and criminal politicians and especially president. All the state ministries work on one line. Systematic collapsing the resources of the country to be able to borrow money on the expanse of Ghanaians. They use 50 per cent for unfinished projects and steal the rest for their selfs, families and girl friends.

Only revolution can help the country. All the ministers former and present ones must declare their asset to avoid contra actions.

It is really sadening to see these bastards runing our nation down without any legal actions to stop them.

one day, one will come to bring these people down on earth. This is the only way for them.

Why go for Loans to solve the Utilities - Gas, Water, Electricity etc - problem.

Just look around you and try to mention one thing that works well in Ghana.Streets are dusty brown, waste disposal is anywhere - from gutter to the shorelines because there are no dumping grounds for refuse collectors. Teachers are angry and dissatisfied over government's floppy stand on their salary grievance. Poor electricity supply makes a mockery of appeal for foreign investment in the country - a problem or trend which has forestalled national progress. Our judicial system is now a laughing stock worldwide with its inability to adjudicate simple matters arising out of electoral disputes. It took Kenya barely a fortnite to come out with a judicial decision .

With this $150 million grant it may take Ghana some zillion years to trace whose pockets the money would be found. The theory is 'delay to kill time ; the idiots will forget and move on even as the suffering rages' CROOKS AND THIEVES !

56 years after independence, we are still economically dependent and have to borrow to finance every major project we want to undertake. Even our roads, bridges and other major infrastructural projects are undertaken by foreign companies. And yet we have the skilled professionals with the necessary technical know-how to do these jobs.

We must learn to manage our affairs much better.
