Pratt even recommended Baako to be killed by the regime, thank God Baako was instead touchered violently and severely but his life was spared. This is what Kwesi Pratt can do. In as much as the Ewes have been mislead into committing various acts of atrocities against their fellow Ghanians mainly the Akans and therefore have become the curse of Ghana equally so have the Ashantis become the sorrow of the Akans with the likes of tribalist General Acheampong and kuffuour in their selfish greed and blatant disregard of the welfare of the rest of the non Ashanti Akans . we see the future in a confederation of 5 regions of Ghana with the fanti speaking central and western region being one entity , ashanti region another and the 3 northern regions a third and so on . these same ashanti boys were the ones who brought rawlings in 79 and 81 and today hold the country to ransom because of a conflict with the ewes about how much they could loot and steal from the rest of the nation . this conflict reflects in the perpetual antagonism of the npp and ndc denying us all the right and possibility to develope a country we can all be proud of . if the confederation doesnt work then we should all have the option of going our separate ways. today we see npp and ndc openly quarreling while the gurus continue behind the back door and under the table business as usual plundering the little that is left together with their corrupt civil service , a very sad situation indeed .

Ghanaians should closely look into the case or points that the Supreme Court wants to consider.

Folks would recall when the EC declared the results of December 2012 elections, they said that 241,000 foreign voters made the differece for John Mahama to be declared winner. Asked to provide the number of foreign voters and their addresses they could only provide 705 voters. Difference; 240295. Take this number out of the total votes and John Mahama cannot stand on his feet. He cannot be declared winner!

The EC also provided figures in the 14million range as people who voted and that of registered voters as ff: Voters uring the elecitons = 14,158,000 and also Registered Voters = 14,000,031 respectively. Difference = 157,000. Add 240295 to 157,000 = 397,295 (that's nearly 400,000). Subtract that figure from the EC's equation and John Mahama cannot be winner.

The the unsigned pink sheets, massaging of figures; using the Israeli IT company as valve or conduit to manipulate ballot figures coming from various polling centers around the country adds a whole heap of questions and fraud.

It's funny to note that when the EC was asked to provide figures of foreign voters by the NPP, they refused until the EC asked them to comply. Their "magic" number was 705!

Folks will recall what the NDC said: "Oh, NPP don't have any case; they don't have any evidence. Hmmm! They [NDC] led by their party's scribe Johnson Asiedu Nketia made a public statement that "any idot can go to court" citing the NPP as bogus.

John Mahama had said prior to these events that Ghanaians shouldn't allow fools to rule them. I wonder what was going on in his head. He went on to say that "if God has not ordained you to be President, you'll never be President." He probably forget what is Divine Truth and that is: "If God has not ordained you to be President, you could only become one through elecion fraud" as has just happened!

Election Fraud is a serious matter and the NDC must take good notice about that. They strangely believe that "Oh! Elections Fraud is cool; you should stop it at during voting; "elecions are won at the polls but not in the court room" amid cheering of their supporters.

Let's hear from our Noble Supreme Court Justices; we hope to hear from them very soon. And we trust they'll make the right judgement in the case before them. May God bless our Homeland, Ghana. Amen!

The petitioners have to first and foremost set out the statutory provisions that any violations, omissions, irregularities and malpractices would have infringed upon to establish their case. There is no statute stating that without biometric verification there should be no voting. There is no statutory provision that where pink sheets are not signed, the votes should be declared invalid etc. Affidavit evidence attracts sanctions where false statements are made. One cannot just put down any bogus averment in an affidavit and get away with it. The Petition is looking like a foolish case.

You should understand that the EC doesn't allow anyone without verification the chance to vote. In any poll area where there was a dispute or problems like fraud, double voting or of any kind, or when and where the electoral officer or EC's representatives disagreed with events there, he/she could refuse to sign. This make the ballot count in that area null and void. This elections was aimed at making things as clear and clean---everything that had do away with the past system of voting---and truly transparent. Don't just post things you don't know, to cause confusion on this website!
