  We need police visibility at night at Tuba Fulani off the kasoa road, its a hide out for armed robbers. Three weeks ago a bartender was shot dead by armed robbers at fulani after they had robbed a pharmacy there on a sunday at 7.30pm. As usual we only see the police visibility project in the daytime and you find about ten police men at various intersections sometimes just talking to their colleague ladies and most of the times in very compromising positions. This increasing open lovy lovy by police men and women in broad daylight at major intersections is indeed worrying. IGP keep an eye at the Korle bu junction and obetsebi lamptey roundabout the police men and women can be seen just standing and chatting like students. Indeed we do not need more than three police men or women at each intersection or traffic light. We need to see the police at night in our neighbourhoods, sir. Its also increasingly becoming obvious that the current IGP is placing emphasis on traffic management hence the numerous police men on our roads managing traffic. Indeed the priority should be tackling armed robbery and for this we need armed plainclothes policemen in unmarked vehicles at night in the neighbourhoods. Now hope the IGP takes this tip seriously. Equip the police with powerful motorbikes strong enough to chase armed robbers on bikes openly snatching bags and shooting those who resist in broad daylight. I have seen this many times and the police were helpless cos they had no motorbikes and their new big fat cars could not outrun the motorbikes used by the robbers. secondly get the police to infiltrate the motorbike criminal syndicates at fadama, nima, caprice and agbogbogbloshi etc this motor bike robbing gangs is the new trend now. youngmen who want to own these motorbikes are trained equipped by their peers with guns to rob and kill. For a new gang member all you need to sustain your livelihood is a powerful home secondhand motorbike which cost between 4,500 and 5,000 Ghana cedis then you are the king of the streets and you will always outsmart the police after robbing. Once well trained plainclothes police motor riders infiltrate these gangs they can get information on upcoming robberies, modus operandi of the motor riding robbery gangs and booty sharing- valuable intelligence. last tip- source of weapons for robberies? check the trucks arriving from lagos station at tudu, plain clothes police men should be stationed at tudu station permanently of course they can work as loading boys n bookmen just to get information on weapon smuggling from nigeria to Ghana. Mr IGP does the police command at central police station in Accra and headquaters want to tell ghanaians that they are not aware of the cocaine heroine marijuana joint at tudu near the public toilet? please dismantle this open source of drugs and junkies in Accra within 4 days and half of the crime in Accra will be over. Oh lest I forget Kaneshie market loading boys just before the first bridge from obetsebi on the left. IGP get some plain clothes men there as well and station some at the second bridge as well on the right. But of course do your own research about crime at these footbridges talk to the market women and they will tell u Kaneshie police ststion is in bed with these criminals cos they sell stolen mobile phones cheaply to the police there. IGP please break the back of this age old criminal gangs at kaneshie market and the footbridges its no secret. IGP pleae do not forget Kasoa oldmarket go there at night and you will see marauding gangs of youngmen planning robberies. With scores of armed Plain-clothes police officers on routine surveillance operations round the clock in the nooks an crannies of the city we can put armed robbery behind us. Armed robbery and violent crime should be the priority and of course traffic management as well but emphasis on armed robbery

Four years this man has being doing this what will u say about it.Does MTTU send officers out for money collections? If no why this man doing that to the poor drivers?
