As much as I hate to admit Rawlings was right with his statement. If they have had listen to those who were concern with the president health, he might be alive today.

NADMO says they don't have money to help flood victims from Gushiegu, Tamale, Yendi, Walewale and some parts of Volta Region but they have money to give to 230 MP's as much as GHc311,000 each but a poor farmer who earns less than GHc2,000 a year in the North and has been flooded out cannot be helped because Ghana is broke like aq broke Ghanaian but Ghana is rich as inhabitants of Eat Legon in Accra when it comes to dishing out money to the pen armed robbers masquerading as Politicians.
