Ghana being a young developing nation, I feel that it is important for our nation to train up and coming politicians of both sexes by appointing them to relatively high offices to serve under experienced ones, so that we do not find ourselves wanting when the senior ones decide to retire.
Experience they say is the best teacher, and since one cannot be a great person in whatever endeavor he or she pursues by remaining put in one place, then let’s not condemn the ladies yet; who knows, they might turn out to be good assets for our great nation Ghana.
