  I swear, I have watched people in Accra over the last couple of months, and I can assure you watching National Geographic gives me consolation that even lower animals have a level of discipline in their existence. It is not only the blantant abuse of the laws that govern civilized society, but the percentage of physically inattractive humans walking the streets of Accra. It is this reason why people who look like humans hate themselves and envy the small elitist society, they have no intension to find real jobs, they have no intension of abiding by the laws and they have no intention of making Accra a civilized society. I have said a million times over, round them up like animals, treat them like animals and codon them off from the Capital. They have only one motive to destroy everything in Accra, and make us all look ugly and useless as they are. What great consolation for being born worthless. Nuke every single open market and lorry/taxi park in Accra!!!

  NO AMOUNT OF TOILET FACILITIES can accommodate the dirty habits of the inhabitants of Accra. They will always end up doing it inside and around the toilet biulding. They will not change!It is just like Winneba!

Listen Ghanaians as far as I have observed them are Animals, and all of you people who come here are no different. You pretend that being able to type or discuss topics in English sets you apart. Every single friend or relative I have ever been around town with, when I try to discipline law breakers and insolent citizens as a public service, they tend to either discourage me or back the perpetrators. Usually, tro-tro/taxi drivers and street vendors. How can you ever imagine that the people you most trust to change the culture, actually support and glorify this dysfunctional life style. To hell with every single one of you, I hope a great disaster wipes 2/3rds of these animals out. Only solution

Offer 10% discount on goods bought over a certain collective price when one comes to shop with a plastic bag. All caught using plastic bags to toilet with in the bush shall be fined. That money used to help create paper bags regularly.

  So discordant that more people in the world have phones than have toilets.At the same time i wouldn't blame the gov't wholesale.The fact that somebody is too lazy to dispose of their waste carefully tells me why they're probably poor-namely laziness & lack of diligence.The care,the diligence & the discipline needed to keep a place clean is the same set of attributes needed to see one escape poverty.If you don't apply it in one area then you probably can't apply yourself in matters of escaping poverty either.
