What is due us is what we call for. Ask urself, why are other unions aggittating? Isnt there a missn link. All the promises by the govt had never seen noon. Let's not jump to insult doctors for we are humans just like u and also have feelings, it is the govt that needs to be urgent in its actions.

There is no way to call the doctors back to negotiation table. By the labour laws if the doctors do not like the final decision of the NLC the only option open to them is to go to court. After the court ruling and they are not paid before they can embark on strike. This therefore makes their strike illegal and the law must be applied to deal drastically with them. In Ghana as long as workers continue to receive their full pay when they are on strike this stupid type of strike will continue unabated. If they don't want to work please be bold to refuse to pay them. Its said that one cannot eats his/her cake and have it back. In Ghana as far as workers are concerned this does not apply - one can be on strike and still pay in full. No wonder our economy is always struggling. Please stop paying them and you will see the difference.

A DOCTOR PRACTISING IN WA SHOULD GET MORE MONEY THAN A DOCTOR IN ACCRA. OUR LEADERS FAIL TO LEARN FROM OTHER WESTERN NATIONS LIKE SOUTH AFRICA, CANADA, US, EUROPE. ALL THEY DO IS STEAL.
