  What will inflation returning to single didgits do? We had single inflation for ALMOST THE ENTIRE ADMINISTRATION OF mILLS AND THE SITUATION WAS NOT BETTER AS IT IS NOW SO GIVE US A BREAK.

  Neither inflation nor the value of our local cedi currency will be brought under control whilst the BoG and the Finance Minister continue to allow massive and backdated increases in salary, allowances and ex-gratia payments to a bunch of self-seeking MPs and other non-performing politicians.
  
  As citizens, we must sacrifice collectively and enjoy the fruits of our sacrifice collectively. Why should some useless, non-attending MPs enjoy so much whilst every other public servant(doctors, nurses, teachers etc)remain deprived of fair renumeration?
  
  The BoG must step in to stop this excessive,greedy and senseless behaviour that can only increase our national debt, devalue our currency against the convertibles and lead us back to the days of Kutu Acheampong's hyper-inflation and "kalabule".
  
  We all know what happened to him and his uniformed cronies in the end, don't we?

  Just mess with the numbers while Ghanaians suffer! Single digit inflation when prices of everything are souring to the high heavens.....May be price control will return.

  as long as petro increase and food increase they will be inflation..Every thing has to move by truck so higher priced diesel cause higher transport
