As a matter of fact the EC was able to supply the court with a total list of only 2,883. This list was finally whittled down to 705, out of which majority were falsified. You people from Nefarious Destructive Congress should learn how to read well. No wonder your government has never been able to win even one court case since you took power.

The article is talking about same persons names appearing on the register double times and the article says there are names and IDs on the register but their addresses or locations are not correct. Which of it don't you understand it?

Nonetheless, your own foolish and incompetent Electoral Commission (EC) went to the Supreme Court and apologized to the court that they made "original error" when they couldn't produce to the court, the 241, 524 names EC claims they registered abroad, and rather brought only 705. I'm ashamed that a person like you also live in U.S.A. How did you get to this country? What have you learned or accomplished for yourself? And what can you do to help Ghana? With this STUPID and FOOLISH ignoramus cum unthinkable empty brain of yours, you CANNOT do anything for Ghana. Go to college to learn sound English. Stop making mockery of yourself here.

I expected any supporter who wants to enssure us that the case is winable to propound logical and better analysis. But this reporter spent this lenthy writing just to state aboaut alleged 51 foreign votes EC fraudulently doubled to be 102.

Rdiculous! How can this number help Nana or Mahama. Yes, the act, if it were true is criminal offence. How can it be proved that EC wilfully did that. This is common incidents that, unfortunately, happen in voter registrations everywhere, even in US, but these occurences are small in numbers and ignored.

Of course a single vote counts in elections, but now that we know Nana needs some millions of votes credited to him to win, why would anyone throw dusts into eyes with 51 foreign votes doubled to 102 sory.

Though multiple voter registration watch dogs become phenomenally alert, some peculiar individuals test the system or their bravely to succeed by registering more than once. Some party loyals, also, with the help of some officials, fraudulently register more than once. Is this enough to impact election results?

SC may strip Mahama of his presidency if the petitioners can justify their calling for 4.5 million nulfication with solid evidence, which SC may consider to have impacted the election results. Let's talk about 4.5 million and not 102 votes.

Today 4milion votes, 3million and so on and so forth. Here we are today limiting it to 705 less than 1000 voted. So which is which??

lend me your ears, "All that glitters is not GOLD" This simply means, with regards to the conduct of the presidential elections, that those who believe in the sincererity of the EC should note that itis not immuned to making mistakes. Hence some negligible to serious mistakes could occur to mar or make the outcome of the results. I am ideologically an NDC sympathiser but essentially a nationalist and I support the idea of the NPP contesting the outcome of the election in good faith (if that is applicable). The issue is did any person who was deemed to be on this foreign register vote in the elections? And which party or presidential candidate did that person vote for? The register can be inflated but the register is not the sam ...

My understanding is that there was no voting overseas.

I hate to say this but in my young days when we were paid to register voters, I entered permutations and fictitious names to complete the booklets so I would get paid quickly. Maybe the system of registeration has changed but the petitioner cannot rely on the composition of the register to say he was cheated. How do we know who voted for whom?

In the polling stations that Akuffo Addo won, is he arguing that there was not a single incidence of irregularity?

As someone said, if such errors are so glaring to affect the credibility of the elections then the EC must be held punitively responsible.

Having 705 people on the list with 51 being listed twice is irrelevant. Did these people vote twice. If you can proof they voted twice then the EC has a problem. But if they did not vote twice, then this is just garbage evide ...

But if they did not vote twice, then this is just garbage evidence. Will the 705 votes enable Akufo-addo to become President. This electoral issue to me is secondary. What is important at the moment is for Nana to tell us where he studied Law, name some classmates and produce his Law certificates. We do not want any FAKE LAWYER or CRIMINAL to become President of Ghana.
Nana follow the steps of President Obama and the vice President of Ghana. The vice President produced his Masters in Economics certificate when the NPP raised that issue. Likewise Obama produced his Bith certificate when the Republicans raised the issue of his Place of Birth. Nana, please what is your problem. Just produce your Law certificate and then Case close.
