  I agree with the Bishop that "God has given equal time to all people but it takes only those who appreciate time as a critical element and know how to use time very well to succeed. He explained that God deals with all situations with time and that everything works according to time."
  May I also add the following pointers to what he has observed about the wisdom in the use of time. One of the most important gifts God has given man of which He (God) will demand a faithful account from us, his stewards, is time (Mt 25:35-40).
  
  "Moreover it is required in stewards, that a man be found faithful" (1 Corinthians 4:2).
  
  It is through time that we, the living, experience the periodicity of life's choices and activities. Time is so important to God that after creating this world in six days (periods of 24 hrs), he chose the seventh day as a day of rest (sabbath) for man (Not that he was tired and needed rest-- because he never gets tired-- He placed the sabbath in the Moral Law for Adam's generation to remind them of the Creator, and the order of his creation, cosmos, long before there was a Jew. See Gen 16:26-27.)
  
  "Have you not known? have you not heard, that the everlasting God, the LORD, the Creator of the ends of the earth, faints not, neither is weary? there is no searching of his understanding" (Isaiah 40:28).
  
  God gave man the gift of a free will, and an order to have dominion over his creation when he was created (Gen 1:26). Man's wisdom, then, was to learn the best methods and apply the divine mandate to achieve the long term goal of subduing the earth.
  Let's recall the Edenic life of Adam and Eve now and observe: though perfect, God did not spare them the ability to learn and make wise choices during the perfect life in Eden (see Gen 2:15-23). Created the sixth day, Adam did not escape work on the first day of life, neither the first sabbath's rest on the seventh day.
  
  If it was good for Adam before the fall to make wise choices based on the word of God, as he tried to establish his dominion (rule) over creation, it is also good for his descendants who are living in the last days of earth's history.
  
  As noted earlier time is an experience of periodicity by the living; it has no wisdom of its own.
  True wisdom comes from God. it is when we apply the divine laws as guidelines in our pursuit of the dominion of creation that we gain wisdom. We cannot sew a piece of cloth anyway we want it, and expect that we will be able to fit into it, let alone like it!
  
  "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all men liberally, and reproaches not; and it shall be given him" (James 1:5).
  
  Education helps to realize one's potential. Life skills, and practical livelihood trainning may need to be incorprated in the education of all students. It is such trainning programs which will help to correct unproductivity.
  
  Finally, I must point out that in the Bible, experienced leaders as mentors trained assistants as future leaders such as the trainning Moses gave Joshua (Ex 24:13) so that the baton of practical trainning can be passed from one person to the other.

It's killing the brain of the youth in such a way that they wake up doing prayers,hoping that their prayers will give them better life.You should point out the truth.They waste too much time by doing prayers!
